Amazing wedding. Long Beach, CA. Absolutely wonderful. Kim is one of those rare people filled with huge equal doses of passion, sincerity, and humor. Interestingly enough, Josh is the exact same way; a man’s man but not afraid to express how much he cares, or laugh for days at a silly joke. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect match for one another, and it was such a joy to be able to be a part of their lives, if even for a brief moment. It was supposed to rain all weekend, and somehow it cleared up and the sun came out for a bit for their beach ceremony. Heather and I can’t express how thankful we are for letting us have the honor of documenting your most important day in your new family’s history. We wish you both the best.

Halloween Eve was a beautiful day. The weather was absolutely perfect, not too hot and not too cold, and two people became one overlooking the ocean in Dana Point, CA. I loved the parasols Michelle and her bridesmaids had, they added so much flavor. After the ceremony was a small linner (lunch/dinner) for close family, and then off to Memories in old town Whittier for some classic lindy hop rump shakin. It was a long, but amazing day, and Heather and I grabbed some captures that we are really excited about. Enjoy.

Wedding right on the beach in Redondo Beach, then we headed over to the Elks Lodge and got down like Charlie Brown. Seriously so stinkin’ fun. Took some amazing pictures that we are so proud of, and got to see these two tie the knot. Ran down the pier for a quick 10 minute portrait session, and took use of a neon blue club sign, as well as the amazing after sunset glow with some fisherman…definitely my favorite shot of the day. The reception was off the hook, even had an amazing ‘keg’ outfit, complete with a custom built reservoir of whiskey on her head!
