Stylish, unique, and wonderful. We loved this wedding. They had a great vision for their wedding, and it manifested itself so well. We were at the equally unique Hotel Figueroa in Los Angeles, which was beautiful and made our job that much easier. The salon where we began was amazing, even being featured in some recent hair styling reality shows. Later at the hotel, in the lobby, Diane Keaton walked in and was ecstatic about how beautiful Sharon was! What a treat! We loved these two, and the entire day, and I think it shows……

Japanese Gardens. Cal State Long Beach. Emma. Evan. Amazing. We had a good time with these two lovebirds, they had absolutely zero reserve when it came to opening up and showing off their feelings for one another. Absolutely adore the honesty in these images. Can’t thank you both enough for letting us have the honor of documenting your big day, I wish you both the best!

A while back I shot Ron Tanski, an amazing pianist and resident at the celebrity filled Cafe Wa s (<--space intentional). I received this little gift in the mail yesterday and it about made my day. I'm even listed in the CD credits. You can get more info on him here: http://www.rontanskimusic.com.

Collyn and Warren were wed in Laguna Beach, overlooking the water, on February 13th, 2010 (a rare day indeed after having weeks of rainy weather, we were blessed with a beautiful California day). The highlight of my day were the vows; straight from the heart, honest, abundantly filled with passion and depth. These two are goofy, fun, and in love…making my job a piece of cake. I still love taking polaroids, and hope to start utilizing this medium a lot more at weddings. There is nothing more great than an instant, tangible picture…I can’t say enough great things about a picture that is in your hands, versus one on a computer screen (watch for an analog vs. digital soapbox rant in the near future). Congratulations you two, and I hope your having a swell time in Hawaii!
